Kenneth P. Polsinelli

Mr. Polsinelli is the Founder and Managing Member of Peacock Capital, LLC. Peacock Capital is a real estate investment and advisory firm focused on acquiring underperforming real estate assets. Since inception, he has acquired 11 multifamily communities. The firm also provides receivership and asset management services for complex real estate transactions. Advisory services include debt and equity structuring, financial analysis and operational performance review.


Kenneth Polsinelli currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Nuvo Development Partners, LLC, a boutique self-storage developer based in Winter Park, FL. In this role, Ken provides the executive team with financial oversight, procures construction, bridge and permanent debt, directs accounting, treasury and cash management and manages investor relations.


Mr. Polsinelli most recently served as Chief Real Estate Officer for McKinley, Inc., a national real estate investment company, where he was also a shareholder. In his role as CREO, Ken was responsible for all real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing as well as asset management responsibility for a multi-billion dollar portfolio.  He began with the firm in 1999 as Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and gained increasing responsibility as Vice President, Managing Director for Major Transactions, Executive Vice President for Multifamily Real Estate and finally Chief Real Estate Officer. Over the course of this seventeen-year career, Ken also led the creation of a third-party fee management group with a specific focus on distressed real estate and led the redevelopment of numerous multifamily and commercial assets producing millions of dollars in value for the company. His extensive capital markets background includes transacting with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, CMBS, Commercial Banks and Life Insurance Companies. In addition, he has been personally named, or served on behalf of the firm, as a court-appointed receiver in over 100 cases. He has acquired, sold, and financed over $2.1 billion of real estate across 20 states throughout his career.


Ken recently served as an adjunct instructor in the Dr. P. Phillips Real Estate Institute at the University of Central Florida where he taught Real Estate Analysis and Finance. He previously served as a co-instructor for the Real Estate Analysis class at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Prior to his real estate career, Ken was a development officer for the University of Michigan. He received his MBA in Integrative Management from Michigan State University and his BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Ken is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Georgia and Michigan. He resides with his family in Winter Park, FL.
